Delivery charges
At the moment we charge a standard fee across the board, with free shipping on orders over £50. We shop around daily to find the best courier for your area.
How long will delivery take?
All our parcels are sent next day delivery.
If you order on the weekend, or a bank holiday delivery times will be slightly longer.
What exactly happens after ordering?
We have a little dance to show our excitement and appreciation. We then pick your items, pack them carefully and book them in with a courier.
All items are checked prior to sending, to ensure you receive a perfect product. If for any reason this isnt the case, just drop us a message!
Where can I view my sales receipt?
Your order confirmation will be sent via the email you enter in the order section. If you join our VIP club, you will have access to all previous orders within your account.
If you cant find the email, let us know and we can resend it for you.
My delivery is damaged
If for any reason your items arrive damaged, please send photo evidenice to info@dot74.co.uk along with your order number and we will send a replacement straight out.
How long do I have to return an order?
You may return items for a full refund up to 14 days from receipt. Delivery and return carriage are non refundable if you ordered in error or the goods are no longer needed.
Before returning your item(s) please email info@dot74.co.uk and we will issue you a returns form for you to add to the returns parcel. This was enable us to match up the return quickly and issue a refund.
