Can I use your snow foam on any paint?
Yes! As its Ph neutral it is safe on all finishes.

Can I do a contact wash after a jet wash only?
If you dont mind a few swirls and scratches…yes. BUT we strongly recommend using our Xtreme Shift citrus cleaner, or snow foam first to make your contact wash safer.

I dont have a snow foam lance how can I safely prepare for a contact wash?
Xtreme Shift citrus cleaner can be used in place of Whiteout snow foam. Simply spray over the car, leave to dwell and rinse! (repeat if the cars particularly dirty)

Why does Extraction bleed purple?
It bleeds purple when it reacts with the iron on your paintwork. Iron within the paintwork can make it appear dull, and will eventually turn into rust. So we recommend using iron out if you are about to polish or wax, to ensure perfect results.

Do you sell bigger bottles?
Not currently…but 5 litres are in the works!

What is the 2 bucket method?
Using 1 bucket will mean you’re washing your vehicle with dirty water. No matter how good your pre wash is, a contact wash will always remove further dirt. 1 bucket should be filled with Super Suds and water for cleaning, and a 2nd bucket half filled with warm water for rinsing. After each panel is washed, dip the mitt in the rinse bucket, ring it out and you’re good to go on the next panel with the wash bucket.
We recommend using a 3rd bucket and a separate mitt for wheels. Dont forget those grit guards, they’ll help keeps all the grit at the bottom of the bucket and away from your mitt!
